The last two weeks in food

Well I was a slacker and there was no posts last week.  Won’t happen again. I promise.  The last two weeks have been filled with tasty treats and fun food.  We’ve brined and the pancetta is hanging, duck confit and cabbage ravioli, pork belly confit.
